But the chance that the share price is higher than 0.001 after the 3 months of the conversion is very very small here. Just look where we are and that for weeks now.
I think you understand. A trade off that requires us to speculate on what the PPS will be.
If under .001 then if everyone converts it is dilutive. You all would be getting more shares back then they reduced.
If higher then dilutive to those who converted since they would have less share. EG if PPS .002 then you'd get 500,000 shares instead of having 1 million. Tricky math here.
