Is considered to be a top notch national law firm, just one notch below the super prestigious ones. I would say a top 50 national firm for sure...

As to why Urbie chose them, I am not sure. He could have gone to any number of top notch security firms, but be rest assured, these types of firms DO NOT take micro penny companies as their clients, and I'm sure CMKX has paid a sizeable retainer.

As for why E & A took CMKX, I would have to say after reviewing CMKX's plans and books, E & A believe that this could turn into a very profitable client to them. THis definitely gives them legitimacy and I would say that most confidently that CMKX is not a scam.

All hell will break loose once the O/S is announced. If it is a manageable number, say 20 bil or less, this will become a stock of a lifetime.

Too bad all my $$$ is in SSWH instead :-(

Oh well, I trust you Doc when you say this will all be forgotten by Labor Day. RIght now its a little tough to swallow.
