After you have contacted the SEC, please report your experience here in an informative post. I have no idea how anybody else is doing in communicating with The Federal Watchdog Agency, but I am cynical. They have been asleep for a very long time, ala Rip van Winkle; with that castrated congressman Cockrell Chris Cox as chairman, they reflect the Government of the Plutocracy's ideology of deregulation, little oversight, not much investigation, lax enforcement, and every-man-for-himself. All IMHO.
