Okay Rick let's look at this logically:
1. Why would you? It's a penny stock.
2. Joking about revenues is somewhat misleading as people consider you a source of information here. But that's your prerogative.
3. I don't blame him for being upset, someone took this too far and that is simply wrong. However, many companies deal with a lot worse and continue operations. Brush it off and move forward - let the authorities handle this. Again, there is no excuse for that type of behavior.
4. But you are. You post statements from Clayton that are privately sent to you on a public forum. You post phone conversations about items not yet PR'd. You are representing the company Rick.
5. Won't be long is a matter of opinion. Weeks? Months? Years? Never? That is a pretty bold statement to make, and very very speculative based on the fact Clayton has not shown any results so far.
6. Wrong. A good CEO communicates with shareholders responsibly and does not set timelines he cannot meet. As in 'signed contract within a week' over a month ago. Clayton is not a 'bad person' , nor is he a 'bad CEO'. He simply is an inexperienced CEO that seems to be fumbling his way through developing this business. He did not have to take this public - he chose to go this route and he has responsibilities to his shareholders. He has not communicated long term plans, he has PR short term fluff that he does not follow up on.
7. Smart shareholders sold out of this over 10 cents. Clayton has not provided any long term goals. Again, just PR's that say 'we're going to do a, b, and c tomorrow' but never 'we've completed a, b, and c'. Speculative shareholders will continue to hold here, but I am not sure this is 'smart', more 'risky'.
8. That is a very speculative statement. But if you are right it could be a 'game changer' here. Like I have said many times here; show us the results. Take the 'speculation' out of this stock and put the 'facts' in it and you will have buyers.
If 6 million has been bought back, and the float is 3 million and this is proven, and he follows up with a signed contract - this has big potential.
That is why I am here. I am waiting for a reason to buy this stock. But for now it is way too speculative. I don't mind paying 5 cents for something that will be worth 50 cents, but I won't pay .015 cents for something that is more likely to end up at .005.
To summarize: Walk the walk and you will have buyers. Keep talking the talk and this will sink to sub-penny.
