TDA will "loan" you the shares until they recieve your new ones. Just put in a sell order and when it executes you should see a negative amount of shares for CCMC until they are exchanged.

My mistake, TDA loans you shares for symbol changes. For R/S you have to wait for them to get the new shares before you can trade it.
