If it fails? Well, I was willing to take the risk; so as long as I can still participate in what I paid for, I'd be fine with it. That said, and to add another thought of equal importance, it will be interesting to see exactly WHAT IS our stake, percentage wise is what I mean. NSHV shareholders held a 51% interest in Trimark collectively...this new company will be divided up how? Do we retain a majority stake collectively? If not, how much has to be given up to the financiers who bring the dollars? Speaking just for myself, I can live with giving up some for dollars to finish development, I just don't want to see us end up with what amounts to a say...2% stake.
