I imagine he just does the periodic board member thing as a favor for some Nor Cal fella. His name looks good on the board I guess, even though he is clueless about the oil/gas biz. As far as him losing most of his $10+ mil in TIV stock, do you think he really feels any pain from that? That's chicken feed for a trust fund guy like that. LOL
