They claimed the process would be complete by the 12th which is sunday for that to happen they have to file on friday between the hours of 9am - 8pm EST you will see the filling hit here : http://www.otcbb.com/AllDailyList/ so we should at least see it filled friday and a PR followed on monday to say they completed it the rest is a mystery.
