It is looking at the chart of BLDV and seeing it bob up and down, this excites the (Fish) i.e. Trader into thinking its really a good bite! Only to find out he/she is at the end of a hook on a fake piece of bait. BLDV is now using the fast dip and raise method to attract the more seasoned flipper fish! All of this IMO! ;-)
