That may be an oxymoron. It takes plenty of capital to get to "big time." As we've seen, BFDE would probably be a lot further along had they had more of it. Witness: The Grace #2 blowout expenses caused such horrendous delays, lawsuits, etc., which set their schedule back at least a year.
