LDSR may turn out to be the one dividend that becomes the most valuable one MONA shareholders receive. New company reverse merging into LDSR looks like quite a nice company imho.

.this website says the company merging into LDSR has 200+ employees and has been around since 2001? The interesting part is that looks like a Chinese Government sponsored website with url ending in .gov.cn
Hard to fake that url imho.
