Hi Vortmax, not to worry, the address as far as I can remember has never been changed from Imagitrend's address. I mean, who's sitting around going "damn, I better change this POS company's record or all hell's gonna break lose all over this mamba-jamba!!" If you remember the address being different, please tell me, cause my memory is prolly not as good as yours... :)
As for the "RA resignation", I believe it's just the Resident Agent resigning from his legal services. I believe the resident agent just handles the paperwork between the Company and the SOS. I think I'm fairly accurate about this. I guess why the RA would resign is the more interesting question...is an RA resignation important? What does it suggest? I dunno, I think we jes get a new one....:)
