Can anyone explain what is going on here?

This morning I have made the following obsevations:

#1. My broker is showing the new listed stock symbol as: MTTGXZ. Remember yesterday it was MTTG and the last
#2. The last strike price is: $2.68 (Which now means I'm up 59,444.44%.
#3. Sharp charts this morning is showing the symbol as MTCH still with a close yesterday of $1.50. Also, Sharpcharts is not showing a listing for MTTGXZ.
#4. Yahoo bulletin board is showing the " Changed Ticker Symbol 'MTCH' is no longer valid. It has changed to MTCH.PK."
Also, there is no more bulletin board on Yahoo for this stock.
#5. When then link "MTCH.PK" is clicked on Yahoo, an error message is received: "There are no All Markets results for "MTCH.PK"
#6. A visit to Material Technologies, Inc website http://www.matechcorp.com/ shows that they have the stock as (OTCBB: MTTG)
#7. An attempt to sell 100 shares of this stock this morning was rejected.
