I've gotta tell you guys how great it is to be down to just a few thousand shares of TIV. I sold most over the last couple of months whenever we were near 8, and now I don't obsess on this puppy (you could read "dog" there if you were cynical) and it's really a great feeling! :))))

Do you suppose Lynn realizes that those wells' production IS shown on the DOGGR FTP site?

(Do you suppose he realizes that he left the word 'are' out of that sentence?)

And that their production in May/June, when added to the production of all of the other wells ... did not equal the dollars he showed in the 2Q08 Quarterly report under 'oil and gas revenues'?

I wonder if anyone asked about that at the AGM.

Sure hope Lynn "relaxes" the confidential status, as per what he apparently said to Howard in his 10/1 email, way before year end if he wants to salvage some shareholder value. I'm kind of surprised we keep hearing about these "increases" in shareholder value as our share price keeps tanking and dilution keeps increasing year after year.

If things don't turn around quickly, we might need an emergency shareholder meeting to decide what to do about this. Perhaps some major changes need to take place? Not sure, but maintaining status quo much longer is not healthy on our shareholder wealth...if anybody in charge even cares.

I'm still hangin in/not sellin with many 10's of K's, and even buying more on $3's dips, and hoping for something big one of these months/years.

Howard, as per Lynn's email to you below:

"Howard, most of our efforts are concentrated on the Pleasant Valley properties which also on confidential status with the California Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources which precludes press releases at this time. This staus will relax by year end. Lynn"

If Lynn doesn't "relax" the confidentiality status of the PV wells by year end as he told you in that Oct. email, would you mind emailing him back to ask him, "what happened"?
