Mat I hope Sec does I am not fan of them. Lets hope what at least comes out of all this is Sec and gov says no naked shorting not even by mms allowed. Then enforce that and punish big any that continue to. Until then crooks will not stop. Naked shorting even if others don't agree had hurt more investors then any other single thin since 2000. At least in OTCBB and pinks.
