Magnum Updates Board of Directors and Advisory Committee and Announces Upcoming Global Joint Venture

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MDOR - News) announces effective October 3, 2008, the stockholders of Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. ("Magnum"), a Nevada Corporation, executed a written consent signed by the holders of a majority of its issued and outstanding voting stock. Effective October 6, 2008, a new Board of Directors will be appointed to serve on the Company's behalf to oversee and approve any such matters as may be required to be brought forth before them. The term is set to be until the next shareholder meeting, or until such time as is necessary to fill or supplement the Board.

The new Board of Directors will include the following individuals:

Joseph J. Glusic, age 51, Chairman and CEO
Michel Boux, age 50, Managing Director of Canadian Operations


Furthermore, the Advisory Committee will now consist of the following
individuals:

Chad A. Curtis
Carole Larose
Gov Claude Kirk
Holly Chan
Hon Howard Chan


These changes are intended to allow the Company to function efficiently within the realm of business that it now focuses on, being recyclable materials, rubber, and rubber derivative compounds, and to a lesser degree, development of specialty compounds and thermoplastic elastomers. The company intends on announcing two new seasoned veterans in the near term that are globally known for developing cutting edge solutions in elastomeric processing technologies, producing next generation equipment for the rubber recycling industry, and high tech compound & rubber processing solutions worldwide. These additions will come on the heels of another major announcement in the very near term that involves a global joint venture. We will keep our shareholders fully updated on this matter.

Magnum "Close Loop Green Technology":

Magnum's High Tech Turnkey Rubber Recycling Facility is located in Magog, Canada. The 98,500 sq ft facility will have production lines for both rubber nuggets and buffings in order to fulfill Magnum's $131 Million in open and unfilled contracts with NSS, LLC over the next five years. With this facility we will now be able to produce, ultra fine rubber powders, EPDM powders, EPDM compounds, thermoplastics, and thermoplastics elastomers to clients worldwide.
