mayu, in your opinion, why is the "quiet period" taking so long? And do you feel NVEI has a "disruptive" tech in the making? If not, what's happened to the "disruptive" part of the equation?
Also, do you feel NVEI will ever get the necessary funding to complete the tech? I can't understand why the "potential" of the tech hasn't produced more favorable funding opportunities already. Can you?
