Once they announce the industry and then the actual RM candidate, this stock will fly

I wonder what is going to happen to the buyback though with our shares in HGLC?

Actually a Reverse Merger is also a polite way of executing the "Reverse Split" that the Company stated it would not do. It can be done without, but I expect it to be no less than an effective method of executing the Reverse Split.

so, in a reverse merger, what happens to the pps of the public company? private company? new shell company? not too sure how exactly it works for such mergers...wondering the effect it will have on ffgo current pps...realizing that the divis, and cancelled shares, and further buybacks will explode the pps, what will happen to it before, during and after the merger is completed...jus wondering what to expect..
