Hey Tor

Always good to here from you. I've always
respected your opinion and patience. I keep
telling myself another year, but have done that
9 in a row. Looks like # 10 is on the way since
the Air Force has cancelled the demenstation.
I must say the frustration is hard to deal with,
but will stay to the end because I do believe the
products will be in vehicals some day. I guess I
should make some changes to my kids 401's

Hope all is well

Spreads tightened up today...a day in which the stock drops 23.5%.

It doesn't matter who the market maker is...bottom line is manipulation and massive bid/ask spreads will continue to occur until TOVC can get listed on an exchange and some real demand comes. Mgmt has had ten years to get this accomplished...how much longer will it take?

BTW, in thinking about it after a beer, I may have misspoken.

I"m not sure if that which you wrote were 'musings' or not.

It's possible they were missives.

Then again, they could very well have been mis-useives!

Have a great weekend all!

Torvec could continue "to pound through the process"...

That would be mighty fine, however, they seemed to be flocked by very astute competition. I too applaud the Torvec team, for they have created truly amazing inventions. The patent of those inventions makes the investment in this company appear to be worthwhile.

I still remain concerned about the lack of any ability to complete even one commercialization event, but so far I am content to still wait it out.

The latest version of the Torvec IVT which has been described as "TRANSMISSION WITH RESISTANCE TORQUE CONTROL" appears to be quite similar in certain respects to the Solomon Technologies Inc's transmission that was commercialized by Toyota Motor Corporation.

In the Toyota Prius; "The electronically controlled planetary gear-type continuously variable transmission does not have fixed gear ratios, but rather provides infinitely variable ratios in response to driving conditions."

Solomon ended up in litigation with Toyota in an effort to protect the patent rights. Later "Solomon Technologies, Inc. announced that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, DC generally affirmed the previously announced decision in the case of Solomon Technologies versus the Toyota Motor Corporation, and certain of its affiliates. The decision was rendered by a three judge panel of the full court." The appeal denied protection for Solomon. Solomon's stock now trades at a portion of one cent.

Solomon, in the past, also successfully prepared a vehicle transmission for the space missions.

So, I was wondering if you could elaborate a bit on what you mean when you are describe Torvec’s activities as "continuing to pound through the process".

It is nice to hear from you, and good to see you back.
