OK - But they would then be wholly owned subsidiaries - and therefore, part of the public entity Parent Company - so calling them "private investors" is disingenuous...

Unless they weren't wholly owned, and thus still technically "private" - if so then Seaway wouldn't be technically the "purchaser" after all....it would be the still private entity......if that is the case, then their financials would be separate and apart from Seaway’s and might look “rosier” (for lack of a better word)…
