What happens if this drags on( once is starts we might be investing more money into this legal persuit like we did in the stock and no results) and we start racking up some heafty legal fees. I think imho I would prefer giving up 1/3 of my stock or stake in this persuit. I have many shares in this company and broke now. Collegues, Do we have some opinions to mull over?
