The process you outlined is right here and now. In off-grid farm areas,offering very easy storage of H2 within NH3, cheaper, low pressure, smaller storage tanks required, makes home made fertilizer, etc.The snag I gather is the efficient disposal of N2 oxides at point where nh3 is being electrolized
