Suppose you are holding nothing but a concept on a laptop, have peddled all of the authorized wallpaper, the landlord has locked you out of the new World Headquarters for non-payment of rent, and the SEC may still be asleep, wouldn't you opt for sneaking out the backdoor quietly with all of the filthy lucre safely hidden away offshore and in other judgment-proof locations?
