Opportunity knocking states: "Abbott and Inverness see recaf as a viable tool."

Does the following statement from the 8K amended agreement with Abbott sound like Abbott views RECAF as a viable tool?

<<Abbott shall have no further due diligence obligations whatsoever to commercialize or perform any further Research and Development on any Product as of the Second Amendment Date.>>

Opportunity Knocking,
You just posted “Diagnosis of certain types of cancers such as brain and lung cancer, a biopsy is not feasible, therefore a marker such as recaf has tremendous value.”

My comment: Please explain to everyone how RECAF has tremendous value when it cannot even give the location of the cancer in the body.

You also posted “Abbott and Inverness see recaf as a viable tool.”

My comment: Have you not read the August 15, 2008 8-K/A SEC filing that states: “Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Abbott shall have no further due diligence obligations whatsoever to commercialize or perform any further Research and Development on any Product as of the Second Amendment Date.” Given that statement, do you really believe that Abbott has any meaningful interest in RECAF? kag
