fly, this blood money will not be shrugged off like the beeb thinks. this will not go away. there are some folks i know who've lost tens of thousands of dollars due to his fraudulent actions. these people will pursue their losses no matter the cost. to them it's a matter of principal. i can't wait.

The very same people who did the research on Turek also contributed research on Beebe to the SEC, along, obviously, with many others here. This is not to say Beebe -- and other management -- will meet the same fate. You just never know. And it took scam CEO Mike Sylver ten years before being found guilty of felony fraud, so who knows about the timing. But suffice to say if history is a good guide, the SEC should eventually have a say in all this. So if I were other management, past or present, I'd be trying to cover my butt with the SEC (or coming clean with everyone here) before it's too late.
