You and many others assume that Ray and Brad actually intended to develop a product. They never did. It is far easier to raise money than it is to develop, produce and market a product.

Jerry, while unearned and undeserved salaries went to Da Boyz, please don't forget their perks, bennies, bonuses, and other opportunities to feast at the trough while starving the shareholders. And then there is the matter of the Chairman of the Board of Directors as chief salesman; how does that work? Peddling wallpaper, floorless debentures---and taking commissions! WOW. All IMHO.
