First, I agree that "that IIC Inc." maybe trying to misrepresent "this IIC Inc." I am familiar with the pattern... unfortunately even paid for this education. :) Some of indirect signs (for example, how they estimate the value of AmazarGold) are definitely here and remind me "German oriented" Marcus enterprises (RUSO, SERG, SGDM).

Second, my logic was:
1. Among "GERMANY CALIFORNIA SOLAR DAY ATTENDEES" I see:

IIC Inc. Alexander Schlee

Third, "AmazarGold" is currently listed as a company in timber business: http://www.les4.ru/info.php?id=2509 and my impression from Russian sources - it has nothing to do with "gold" anymore.

Just a general impression...

It's possible that some "circles" in Germany are trying to switch from Russian plays, that are not "playable" anymore and hated by investors, to other exotic regions like Brazil.
