bb, I agree with you its dilution that determines its POS/P&D label LOL we know all OTC have to dilute from time to time but its the ones that are abusive get the label. But SHCC & IEME, for example, have not shown any continuation of a dilutive abusive behavior as of yet. Thus since they have a biz with revenues I give them the benefit of the doubt until I sense/smell/see otherwise. LOL

S8 + CD = Contaminated Dilution + Warrants!
