you cant have it "BOTH" ways, the Laws must pass thru BOTH-
and this one Has NOT passed thru the house YET so how can a bill that has been killed in the house be passed thru the senate alone- that is Unconstitutional
because we were not represented EQUALLY by the House and Senate!

On a big bill. Usually a vote is not asked for until a consensus is reached behind closed doors, I blame the Treasury Sec for this. He tried to ramrod this thing thru with no venting and is causing a panic. He should be fired and the banking committes should be replaced with new members.

I don't know if the Senate will approve a bill tommorrow. We shall see.
