I think the time is coming close to pick up more INTC though
I'll likely wait to see what happens over the next few days to
see if there is still a lot more room for the whole market to

The chart looks like hell. Next support is $16. I don't see anything particularly bouncy about the chart. We closed on the low of the day.

If the Fed does a big repopump in the morning and there are other good fundamental factors, then a buy is a consideration but it may be better to buy the bounce instead of trying to time the bottom.
