And I agree with you BUT
I've spoken with him for an hour on the phone here in Israel and I found him to be sincere and credible and really believing in the whole paradigm of IDENTA. It is hard for me to disparage him as I've talk with him and believed him. BUT the share price would speak otherwise and it's not just a little jolt but a catastrophy. If it were my company and I were Yaacov I would put my house, my family, my god, and my trinkets up for sale to make sure that my PPS did not slide into hell. (Some gods do that...put up a whale of a lot to make sure their stock does not slide into hell, BUT that is another story that Yaacov does not know) We are dealing with a man that does not care that his stock and shareholders are going into hell. Therefore, I believe, finally, that Yaacov either does not understand the financial markets OR he is an absolute devil and will eat the dust of the earth (our bones). Prove us wrong, Yaacov. You know in the Bible Yaacov was a stubborn, prideful man just like Yaacov. Hmmmm. History repeating itself? I think so. It's a theme that will be repeated here.

Would be a gratifying idea to see Yaacov behind bars BUT
he was the police of the prison system itself so there is not much chance of that. What he's done to his own inventor is much more sinister and nasty than his prison system could do or devise. If the inventor doesn't strangle the dog (yaacov) then no one can or will.

Listen, I was in the man's corner till he started lying to me. (Yaacov, I might come over to the factory and picket tomorrow.) Picket? Do you know what that is? Never heard of it? It has most effect in Israel. This is chicago back in the '30's. Picket? The poor man will be traumatized and have to come out and defend Identa. Anybody want me to sit outside his factory with a sign? Tell me what to put on it and I will and I will sit there for us, the shareholders. Tell me.

Influence? Heck, Yaacov was a policeman. He knows about the power of the 'sign.'
