Give $700 Billion bailout to American taxpayers making less than $200,000 a year (around $34,000 each) with the stipulation they MUST invest the money into the stock markets... AFTER forcing the SEC to honor it's mandate of protecting investors and enforce existing regulations; pass new regulations further restricting short selling, and demand complete transparency from hedge funds.

Also, shady hedge funds should be forced to repay ALL illegally begotten booty obtained from illicit naked short-selling & illegal market manipulation.

THAT should provide much more economic stimulus than any other Wall Street bailout/economic stimulus plan that I have heard yet (imho)

THEN, go about and prosecut ALL the crooks that helped to create this mess!
