they know that history is going to judge them on how they vote on this, so they want to be "on the record", as to what their opinion is. They are sounding more positive now.

The 15 minute vote went down but the Democrats will not drop the gavel...Still hoping for some to change their mind...207 yea 226 against the bill..........What a sham..if it is a 15 minute vote, then make it that...Finally the gavel came down. The House bill failed!!!!!!!!!!
