If they are waiting until the last possible minute to release the 10K, odds are that it is certainly not good.
Either they:
1.Know it isn't good and are hoping to trade up in anticipation of a surprise,
2.Are actually having issues completing it due to the fact that the numbers are actually AUDITED this time, and there are gross differences, or
3.Aren't filing it today after all.

My bet is on 1, not 2 or 3.
If it's 3, there will be MUCH explaining to do.
