There's really no rhyme or reason for the precipitous drop. My guess is it started with some margin calls which a MM used to it's advantage to panic selling.

The lower prices are a big opportunity for anyone who wants real cheap shares. I actually bought more higher at .50.

You have an announcement on debt financing with warrants issued with a redeem price of $1. That indicates to me and others that the PPS is going a lot higher from here. That's all I need to know.

Aloha Dom - If you look at my post 1410, you'll see what's going on here. Since last week, HDSN jumped over NITE and started lowering the ask. The only reason would be that HDSN is short. IMHO, if an investor is short a stock, he/she would have to jump in and start buying and the price would go up to reflect that buying. However if a MM is short, his only option is to drop the ask to promote buying because he has only 1.47 days to cover again based on the data I provided in my previous post. As soon as HDSN gets off the ask, the stock price will resume it's upward trend. If we get the promised "by Sept 30" announcement - that should do it. In the meantime, we have one last great buying opportunity at these levels.
