tell me the point of putting the news out if it wasnt true? what benefit would it hold. Not like he can dump shares into a PR.

And if I were Jersey I would be asking for compensation in cash at this point.

A few years back another company had the same thing happen and the CEO created a new company and gave everyone a divi. I don't know how that works though
