The R/S.. The increase in the A/S.. And now the 'In-Your-Face' One Billion Plus management bonus shares are designed to piss off this old batch of broke common shareholders and FLUSH them out ASAP to make room for 'fresh' meat to slaughter.

One by one we're watching the 'old' hands drop out..And that is exactly what Tom and his 'bed-buddies' at Cornell want to see.
