The bigger issue is why it's being used on a Investor Awarenes site that is showing it as an example of a SCAM Newsletter. First of all ERHC is not a SCAM. Secondly, the information in the letter appears factual. The company can not control con artists from using their public information for their own devias purposes. In fact, the newletter being factual at that time, still is true today, why would it qualify as a scam newsletter. I think the ERHC attorneys need to contract that website and have it removed. There are many other examples that could be used to make investors aware. Just the idea of this site using our company is counter productive to current shareholders.
