The answer is NO. Years ago erhc was part of a P&D scheme. That's probably where that came from. I believe it is pre-Offor.

I don't see any JV. I see no reason ERHE would be hiring for more seismic in the JDZ unless it was for other than Blocks 2,3 or 4 and I don't see that happening. I think this was just some sales hype trying to tag us with these heavyweights when in reality if there was some meshing it would be ERHE strictly hiring them to do some logging. Still buying today (.32) as I believe the ROO is going to be announced soon and we will be drilling NLT 1st qtr 09. I now believe ERHE is as solid a play as you can find in the market today with the only possible deterrent to some being the timeline should the ROO fall thru (which I don't think it will).
