Aero sells performance mufflers in a NICHE
business. The great majority of competitors
are "private" companies that generate approx
$700,000 - $5 mil in revs. A number of them
have a loyal customer base and brand recognition.
Check "every" auto enthusiast site on the web
that lists the results of their polls on "preferred"
mufflers. You won't find the Aero brand listed at
all...not once, unless they added it under the
"all others" category. There is no concensus anywhere,
or in the industry, that Aero mufflers perform as
some people claim. If they did, you think Aero would
be in the circumstances they are today? They act like
so many other companies with a high O/S that do nothing
for long-term shareholders.

Buy low...sell high.

"as i've pointed out previously
there is an excellent *analysis*
done by a highly *esteemed*
research firm .. frost and
sullivan .. that covers the
*market* that aero is in until
2012 .. aero *noted* this report
in their 8k last october"

What was the pps on AERP/FCCN last october? What is it now?

What was the O/S on AERP/FCCN last October? What is it now?

Are we clear now on how that frost and sullivan report has ZERO relevance to Aero? Taking industry reports and lumping Aero into the mix and thinking it applies to aero has shown to be a mistake here and has shown that it is in no way an indicator of what aeros success will be, a little DD on the players and their histories is a far better indicator, I have and others have done that DD and our speculation on the direction of the company seems to have been far better than the "Frost And sullivan" report and I did not get paid one dime to figure it out either, nor do I consider myself an expert in this field, but I and others nailed it and that is because we looked at the big picture and the Basics of stock trading.........DILUTION TRUMPS ALL, and any company that hides the details then you can pretty much bet that the shareholders are not going to benefit, long or short term.

Any company that hides the share structure and other details like the loan with Mr.Richards that ties up all of Aero's assets are huge red flags to the greenest of investors....those that were looking at the basics instead of Reports from "frost & Sullivan" that have no bearing on Aero have probably not lost 95% of thier investment, those that have suffered a 95% loss will probably not ignore the basics in the future.

Aero gets an F for not providing the basic details to its shareholders.

"no i don't view a dilution of
72.7M shares .. and 310M shares <factor
in the 6M for escrow and it's less 400M
for 8 months> to be *massive* .. i understand
exactly what aero is doing .. and imo they aren't
that far away .. from achieving certain goals"

What was the PPS back in october again? You seemed to have skipped over that part?

And Dilution is Dilution, no spin will change the numbers of going from around 73 Million shares to a last reported count of 2.1 BIllION SHARES to what is it NOW? Probably over 3 BILLION SHARES?

FUZZY MATH wont change REALITY on the DILUTION ISSUE.....ONCE AGAIN...........WHAT WAS THE PPS IN OCTOBER OF 2007?
