Probably traders who bought in in the .004 levels recently making a quick buck. Some just don't mind trading to make a few bucks, then buy in again. They'll end up paying the higher short term tax rates tho. If this is really going to be a ten-bagger long term play, it's better to buy now and hold on for a year or more.
Might be even worth moving to a tax free state before selling if ur up a few hundred thousand or more in a year or so. :)
