Looking at the source letter it was supposed to be an example of a scam letter. Further, it appears to me that it came out a few years ago, PRE-PSC's, but is posted as an example. Why it was resurrected is beyond me. On the bottom, it said that the automated distribution service was paid 10K for disseminating the letter. If you look at it, it is almost 100 percent accurate, for the time period supposedly sent out.
Therefore, why it is listed on the scam site and its very presence there should be investigated IMO.
