Just thinking out loud. Does the amending of financials raise any thought? Maybe needed to be done for DD by another company? Does the lack of effort just seem to much? There has to be something happening. Transfer of debt from parent to profit maker, just to be absorbed later by new financial backer? I don't know, but I can not believe anyone would let their company go down without a lifeboat. Just my opinion.
