That poor kid's going to get crushed in court. He's actually going to go in there and present the facts in a court of law... and what? Say it didn't happen? Someone else did it?
He should take the fact that he wasn't prosecuted for it and leave it at that.
Shit happens. The guys were under stress. They went apeshit on a bunch of civilians. Is someone really going to try and explain that to a jury though? In detail? With pictures of children shot in the faces at point blank range?
