You need to divide the current share price of both comanies by 1000.


.006 + .009(i'm being generous) = .015/1000 = $0.000015

$.000015 * 1,000,000,000,000 = $15M COMBINED.

I still think that's a bit high as they're both shell stocks. But I'll give you that.
