To answer the question with the variable you gave with a little adjustment. we only have 12,525,974 shares of ACLE and divide that into 2 Billion you give 159.6682219 PGPM shares for every ACLE share given.

But understand that if we are absorbed by ACLE those shares PGPM hold will not be the ones being given to share holders. Because we don't pay ourselves to go to ACLE, ACLE must pay PGPM holders. So we can't calculate that because they have not announced what the ratio would be. What we are calculating here on most of the forums is the projected PGPM value based on the amount of value that we know PGPM has.
