No assuming the email that was posted was correct. The standard time frame is after the close of the year. And for ACLE that is September the SEC under most scenarios will not allow a company to post it early so the soonest would be Wed of next week the way i see it maybe they can submit it on the last day which would be tuesday. But only time will tell.
