Jeepers- dividends are from profits, not the sale of assets. That would be a distribution of assets. I have no problem with the distribution of ORRV stock. Its the restriction I don’t like.
My question to you now is what did Wilf get out of the deal? I know nepotism runs rampant out in Salt Lake City. (Cousin) I know blood is thicker than water. In SLC, religion is a close second.
My DD told me that Wilf has a history with Joanne Clinger. What does she know about treasure hunting? Or is she a clone of Wilf that will be making money off the shareholders?
