Nope I do not agree when it comes to bio penny fuel plays. They are very high on the scam watch list with the SEC. Moaning has it made and does not need ANY type of prs when you guys own the float and risk attention.
Thats where I give him kudos >>> very different than run of the mill penny diluting BUT very affective !!!!
