No its not illegal. And it does not change much. Lets assume they dilute the company to the maximum of the 2 billion shares we still would have a share value range of .0063 - .0157. depending on what your position is that is not a bad return. if you have 1,000,000 shares that takes you to $6300 from a small investment of 600.00 if you are holding it at .0006 even if you leverage down to .001 thats $5300.00 profit assuming they dilute to the maximum 2 billion shares. I still see us walking out with more than at least what i put into the company that is alway a plus. But no there is nothing illegal about selling shares. they have all the rights to do what they want and with this not being a reporting company they don't have to have permission nor do they have to declare the move. that is why moving to ACLE even with a pending dilution, should be far better because they have to disclose almost everything in a timely manner. So we should have a clearer picture on what they are up to. GLTA
